The Lancefield Guesthouse Conference Centre can host up to 40 delegates, with 16 ensuite guest rooms available to accommodate your team.

With excellent natural light, heating and cooling, our space is a comfortable and relaxing environment to meet with your group.

We have all necessary electrical equipment to seamlessly run your presentations, including Wi-Fi, data protector, flip chart, whiteboard and lots of power points.

There are adjoining male and female bathrooms, as well as a conservatory area connected to the conference room, where you can enjoy morning and afternoon tea, as well as lunch. There’s also ample parking available at all times.

Half Day

If you only require our facilities in the morning or in the afternoon, ask us about our Half Day Conference Package. Lunch is included within this package, and depending on when your conference starts, we will provide morning or afternoon tea.

Full Day

Our Full Day Conference Package means you don’t have to worry about a thing. It’s important to us that your day goes without a hitch; that’s why we provide the necessary equipment along with the room hire. Your attendees will be well looked after, as food and beverages are provided throughout the day.

24 Hour Package

For organisers and guests travelling to Lancefield from out of town or interstate, opt for our 24 Hour Daily Delegate Package. During the day, morning and afternoon tea is provided, as well as a working lunch. Your conference room is fully equipped with the necessities, such Wi-Fi, a projector and a lectern. Unwind at the end of the day with a three-course dinner. Accommodation is part of the package, so you can rest assured you won’t need to worry about a thing during the conference.
